I felt my body overheating before my period. my breath was hot and i felt like i was burning up. but when i check my temperature it was normal. after my period i was back to normal. can that happen before a period? its my first time experiencing it?

So called "hot flashes" are common just prior to onset of a period, and are caused by rapid drops in estrogen. On the described occasion, you may have had two eggs ovulate, which created a much higher pre-menstrual level of estrogen, and the drop in estrogen may have been high enough to cause a "hot flash", which happens frequently for some (not yourself !) women at menopause.
