You have alopecia areata which is an autoimmune disease. The treatment is limited especially you already had for 2 years. Problem persists more than 1 year carries poor prognosis but at least the disease has not progressed to alopecia totalist or universalis. By my experience, most will spontaneously resolve. My recommendation: using the wig and keep shaving til your hairs are fully back & strong.
