You need to see your doctor or psychiatrist to see what has changed over the last month resulting in these episodes occurring more frequently. Then, the doctor will be able to treat you to decrease the episodes. If you already see a psychiatrist, make an appointment ASAP to get this under control so that you can ride in a car comfortably. Best of luck to you!
