recently i see several soft, painless bumps (bulb like) in veins on my fore arm and palm of both hands. i did see it on my foot since 4-5 months. help

No clue: I wish i could see a good picture of the fore arm and hands. See if elevating the arm makes the "bumps" go away. If it bothers you see ur family doctor.
