If possible, check your pulse at your wrist if you are able to when you have that feeling. If the pulse rate is normal, i.e. less than 100 (you check the rate for 15 seconds then time 4, that will be your heart rate). If the pulse rate is higher and if the symptom recurs often, you should see your doctor. If you do not know how to check the pulse, see your doctor if the symptom recurs often.
