I have two swollen lymph nodes maybe a pointer finger below my armpit. the lymph nodes themselves do not hurt, but the area around them is sore to the touch. i work outside around a lot of dust. i get sinus infection often. i'm 20 yrs old?

The lymph nodes that you were referring to most likely represent a reaction to the inflammation or infection surrounding them. it appears that you have some infection surrounding the lymph nodes and therefore they’re enlarged their job is to fight the infection.
