Yesterday i noticed that one of the veins in the palm of my hand was dark and alittle swollen, should i worry about it ?

Likely not : Veins can be prominent where there is less fatty tissue. If it's not bothering you, there should not be a cause of worry. If still concerned, consult a physician.
