The best way to preserve fertility is by maintaining great health. Eat a healthy, whole food diet, exercise regularly, maintain an appropriate weight, drink 2.5 liters of water daily, get regular restful sleep, and keep stress low. There are not any proven supplements or foods that can increase fertility.
