Early fertility test: The most productive preliminary fertility testing is a sperm analysis of your husband and documentation or not of ovulation of yourself if not on hormonal contraception. If problems are discovered, they can be addressed before attempting to conceive. Remember ovulation frequency declines with age in the 35-40+ age group as well as there is an increase in congenital/chromosomal anomalies.
