It all has to be considered in view of history, cycle timing and any medications. It may simply be normal for you if cycles are normally timed. 28 days is an average normal cycle length.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests.
