Ovarian failure: With ovarian failure the lh & fsh are both elevated as the try to stimulate the ovaries to function more. Your fsh is low - not consistent with pof.

Ovarian failure: Your information is compatible with ovarian allure and your age clearly premature it has serious implication and six by a knowledgeable person your fsh levels are not high enough and hence could suggest problems hypothalamic pituitary axis commonest is hyperprolactinemia but can be due to a tumor or infiltrator lesion like sarcoidosis or iron storage disorder.
