Your level: is probably normal, but you haven't given enough information. Your diet years ago probably has no effect either way. You need more than one isolated level to know anything. Don't know why you are on the hormone replacement you're currently receiving. Check w/your doctor if concerned.

FSH High: The level of FSH should be repeated in two different menstrual cycles without any medication interfrence. A level below 25 with a normal afc and amh are optimistic.As to where you got the FSH level, sometimes ovarian function does not follow chronological age. Good Luck
