Saw chiro for neck pain, i now have an odd burning sensation in the top of my right shoulder with occasional arm/hand tingling. it almost feels like heartburn in my shoulder. what could this be? pinched nerve? trapped blood vessel?

Your symptoms are most likely due to an irritated or "pinched" nerve in your cervical spine. A cervical MRI is the appropriate diagnostic imaging study.
