Um yes so i recently just got a new retainer because my old one was cracked and when i put this new one in it kinda gets stuck and my teeth hurt horribly almost like my teeth are moving should i be concerned?

It should prevent your teeth from moving not the opposite. This retainer is probably too tight but you should get used to it soon. It is almost you wear a new wig, you will feel very tight and uncomfortable at first.

Adjustment. Please see your practitioner for an appropriate adjustment. Retainers should be passive. Your's seems to be active, causing undesired tooth movement. kjiGet it adjusted.k
