A member asked:

I had a peth test and got a score of 54. what does that mean in terms of alcohol use? i had 2 nights in a week period that i drank some wine and was tested that following day. before that i haven't had any alcohol for 4 months?

As a guideline, a PEth level between 35-210 indicates social/moderate alcohol consumption within the past month. Less than 10 indicates abstinence or very low consumption within the past month. Over 210 indicates excessive consumption. 10-35, low or occasional consumption.
