I drank alcohol. i am now worried if it was cheap or fake alcohol or even methanol. so i am scared of going blind. i want to ask what is the danger time period? i mean how many hours after drinking i can be sure that i am safe?

After several hours to 12 hours symptoms such as headache, abdominal pain,vomiting,dizziness occur as the methanaol requires metabolizing. Visual symptoms occur within 12 hours but blindness and kidney failure take longer. Death can occur. Call the poison center to get more information & any recommendations. I would think no symptoms after 24 hours would be encouraging sign as methanol,is very tox

If you do not have symptoms one day after drinking, you are safe, safe for the time being. Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it. It will destroy your brain cells, damage testicular cells that make testosterone, facilitate development of cancer in many organs, cause hepatitis, cirrhosis and pancreatitis etc. There is no safe level of alcohol intake.
