My mother,on feed tube, takes sinemet every 2 hr her md added .5 rasagiline-helps to lessen drop-off between sinemet doses to lessen drop off problem, is it better to take rasagiline @same time as sinemet or separata them 1/2 -1hr? side-effects?thx?

The time interval between Sinemet doses is incredibly short, and may present an administrative burden. Separating out the rasagaline would make it even more difficult. There is NO rationale to not take both together at same time. Please contact your doctor and clarify all of this.
