No. What you describe is the usual way for measuring eye pressure. Eye pressure in both eyes via puff test was 25. So ,senior resident asked JR of opthalmology to perform applanation tonometry. She used anaesthetic drop but did not use flouroscein at all and results were 14 and 16. now,are these readings reliable?
