Why would i have low ferritin (15) but high iron (170) and high iron saturation (55%)? this doesn't make sense?

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, your ferritin level is in the normal range for a woman and the data you provided is not a cause for concern. Wish you good health!
