On my right foot i fractured it well back and the its been five months ago and it swelled up and went down and now it got swelled up again they said that o had this fractured from back then does that mean something is broken from back then?

You need to follow up on this right away. If it is the old fracture still trying to heal you have theoretically one month of trying to stabilize and immobilize the fracture to allow it to heal before it becomes a nonunion. If it becomes a non-union then you’re looking at a surgical procedure that would be extensive
