Multiple: Some depends on whether the baby is breast fed or bottle fed but most babies stool 1 to 7or 8 times per day. Some can even skip several days> most important is the consistency not the frequency. Babies should have soft to watery stools not hard little balls of stool.

Try a little juice: A lot of babies, especially formula fed ones, experience constipation at some point. They are unable to valsava and therefore may just have trouble pushing out the stool. At 2 months old, i would rcommend trying a little prune juice for your baby's constipation. I would dilute the prune juice with half water. 2-4 oz per day should suffice.

Infant constipation: Constipation in infants is not defined by how often they go, but rather the consistency of the stools. You describe hard stools that are difficult for the baby to pass - that is constipation. I would start with adding extra fluids in the form of water or juice to help soften stools. If don't feel good about the addictive/sugary juice, then can use MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) daily-ask pediatrician about dose.

Depends: A breastfed kid can have a smear every feed or a large stool once a week. If it is soft it is not constipation. If it is hard, you can use natural juices like full strength prune, 1 oz 1-3X/d spread out. This will loosen most kids in 3 days. You can reduce the dose & uses as needed after it settles.

"Normal" bowels: "normal" frequency ranges (in a bell-curve distribution) from three movements daily to one every three to four days. The amount, color, frequency of stool varies with foods, speed of emptying of the GI tract, medications & supplements ingested, gut flora (unique for each individual), additives (like blood), subtractions (like absent bile), infection, inflammation, & other factors.
