Ive had a high white blood count (15 give or take) for as long as i can remember. with or without a uti. uti as a kid was worse than the 15. what would cause me to have it high so long? why no doctor say anything?

You probably have a condition called chronic idiopathic leukocytosis. I have several patients with the white cell count between 13-15 K. If you have known that for years, nothing to concern.
