How do i stop my legs from cramping from stress? i drink water so my urine is clear, i am full-on calcium, potassium, and magnesium by the time i go to bed. i'm not sure what else i can do?

Have found that stretching the Achilles tendon, and calf muscles for at least 30 seconds per stretch can be prophylactic. A physical therapist can instruct on correct postures and approaches. Sometimes medications can help. Discuss with your doctor.
