If you have a prior history of migraines, it would not be highly unusual to experience these a bit later in pregnancy. Therefore, see a neurologist and design some preventative approaches. Unfortunately, some of the best medications are not to be used in pregnancy. Prevention may be achieved by using riboflavin, magnesium, Co-Q10 if your obstetrician agrees.
