NO!!: If 2 extra strength don't work then 20 are not going to work and you will be poisoning your liver. Try a different class of medicine like Ibuprofen 600mg every 8 hours with the Tylenol. In the United States, acetaminophen toxicity has replaced viral hepatitis as the most common cause of acute hepatic failure and is the second most common cause of liver failure requiring transplantation.

Wrong question: You're going about this all wrong. If you've diagnosed YOURSELF with migraines, you could be wrong. Get a formal diagnosis from your PCP or a neurologist. If you really DO have migraines, you're taking an ineffective medication. Acetaminophen alone is almost completely worthless in treating migraine. See your doctor and develop a RATIONAL stepped-care treatment regimen for your headaches.
