Wrong question: You're going about this all wrong. If you've diagnosed YOURSELF with migraines, you could be wrong. Get a formal diagnosis from your PCP or a neurologist. If you really DO have migraines, you're taking an ineffective medication. Acetaminophen alone is almost completely worthless in treating migraine. See your doctor and develop a RATIONAL stepped-care treatment regimen for your headaches.
