Slightly low wbc had uterine polyp removed and two weeks later wbc back to normal could the polyp had caused slightly low wbc?

I tend to see low wbc counts on routine labs pretty often. Usually recheck in a few weeks and most come back normal. The ones that are persistently low I'll refer to hematology (blood specialist) to make sure nothing funky is going on. There's a massive list of causes... I'd say as long as your latest is normal you can be reassured. You can always request another cbc in 4-6 weeks just to be sure.
