Your sister should see her General Practitioner for an examination. The structure you are seeing may be something entirely different than a lymph node. Does your sister have any symptoms? Please leave the diagnosing up to her Physician. A 5 minute Google search is no substitute for a more than 100,000+ minute m medical education.

You may feel the node every couple of weeks, if the lymph gland doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
