I take urine drug screens, i've had 3 come back with alcohol/glucose. i don't drink or take meds that have alcohol in them. any ideas as to what might be going on? also, i'm on methadone is the reasoning behind screens and have been on md for 19 yrs?

If you are diabetic, the glucose in urine could be fermented by yeast to produce alcohol may give a false positive result, especially if urine sits at for some time before testing. Visit this site for info: https://pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/2970921/
