See a specialist: Your snoring could be from any or all of the conditions you mentioned. See a ear/nose/throat dr. To know for sure.

See below: Any of those things could cause snoring. Make sure you have your allergies well treated. A sleep study would help you to rule out sleep apnea as a cause. If the deviated septum is severe enough, you might need surgery by an ENT surgeon to relieve the snoring.

Deviated septum: This can only be differentiated by physical examination. Be sure to have your nose evaluated by a board certified otolaryngologist.
