Feels like a vein pulsing in ear canal, occurs for a few seconds when burp/hiccup, I can't hear it I just feel it pulse like heart beat uncomfortable.

If all the test have been done to rule out any problems would it be fair to compare benign heart palpitations to a eye/muscle twitch or a hiccup maybe? Cardio said he didn't think they were anything "physiological' whatever that means
