If all the test have been done to rule out any problems would it be fair to compare benign heart palpitations to a eye/muscle twitch or a hiccup maybe? cardio said he didn't think they were anything "physiological' whatever that means

Maybe: To the extent that those conditions are not voluntarily under your control and pose no significant risk, and presuming that your medical doctor has concluded that they pose no risk, then I do think that is a fair comparison.
