Unless you are deficient in vitamin C, taking more will not do any good. If you are eating fresh fruit and vegetables, you are unlikely to be deficient in vitamin C. If you want to supplement, eat fresh fruit like oranges, bananas apples etc rather than taking supplements. Wish you good health!
