Probably because it is just another version of snake oil products promoted by con men. It is used in cattle feed, and there is no known benefit for humans. It is not regulated by the FDA because it is considered not effective but not too harmful to humans to take. Do not waste your money. Buy a gym membership and exercise for cardiovascular disease.
