How do i stop my soft palate from clamping shut when i exhale through my nose? it happens during the day when im sitting/standing & i dont snore so i dont suspect sleep apnea. its been going on for a couple months and idk whats causing it?

After a couple of months without remission, it's more than time to see your PCP or an ENT. Your situation is the perfect example of why it is important t to have a PCP that knows you, your pre-incident condition, rather than relying on Urgent Care. Please seek an evaluation.
