What causes the difference between covid-19 clinical trials efficacy vs real world data?

Clinical trials have inclusion and exclusion criteria for participants. There may be none of that in real life. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

Clinical studies are done with limited populations under controlled conditions. Normally the efficacy is pretty close to the clinical studies unless there is some new variable such as virus variants
