What is pulse rate and what is it during your period? Your pulse rate should not change appreciably during your period. For healthy diet: http://www.choosemyplate.gov/., exercise 30 minutes/day, drink enough water daily so your urine is mostly colorless, have safe sex, no tobacco alcohol weed or street drugs. Get HPV and Covid vaccines. Wish you good health!

A slight increase in the heart rate has been reported during menstruation. I am not certain how well documented this is.
