Not Likely: If any ultrasound can not find the sac and find a heartbeat by 8 weeks, it is unlikely that this a normal pregnancy . :(

Possible: If you ovulated late it is possible. If you can measure a crown rump lenght and still can't see a heart beat it is very likely that this is a blighted ovum or missed abortion (the name for all pregnancy early loss not just induced ones).Good luck
