Hi, i've noticed during the few last months a change in my heartbeat rhythm especially a week before my period starts its goes up to 100bmp while resting, then it drops back to 60/80bmp when my period ends. is this normal? p.s: my bp is around130/92

Heartbeat variations: If your period "starts" when you see bleeding, that point of "starting" is actually after drops in both progesterone and estrogen from the ovaries, and can correspond to pulse increases secondary to increased stress from hormonal withdrawal prior to your "seeing bleeding". Variations in hormones can cause emotional sensitivity, which increases anxiety/stress to normal life events.
