When i burp having hiccup it feels like is there something is shaking in my ear.doctor give me treatment of estachian tube dysfunction i take this treatment from 3 months but there is no relief is there middle ear muscles contraction in my ear??

A "hiccup" is similar to a minor valsalva maneuver, and diaphragmatic contractions can transiently increase/decrease pressure in the canal leading to the tympanic membrane, producing the described sensation. "Ear wax" can accentuate this sensation by blocking the vibratory capacity of the tympanic membrane ("ear drum"). See an ENT physician for an exam .
