I have tympanic tubes in my ears for several years since i work as a pilot and suffer from blocked ears. since a week i feel pain in my left ear whenever i hiccup/burp/yaw. i also feel pain when im ascending in the airplane. what could be the reason?

It sounds like your left tympanic tube implant may be blocked, perhaps due to a cold or middle ear infection (otitis media). It's probably transient and easily treated. Speaking as a fellow pilot, perhaps you should not be flying until this is resolved. See your AME or personal physician soon. Good luck.
