The entire picture is missing. DO you have symptoms, how were your other lab results. This focused finding is often associate with poor urine collection from contamination from skin.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, epithelial cells by itself is not meaningful and may be due to contamination with vaginal fluid. Wish you good health!
