Can someone tell me more about haller cells? i have bilateral haller cells and i have had problems breathing and sleeping for years. i also have a concha bullosa and im having surgery soon for it. my doctor isnt touching the haller cells though?

Chronic inflammation of Haller cells (ethmoid sinusitis) is uncommon, and surgical options (lateral rhinotomy) may be the best option if medical treatment is unsuccessful. Perhaps a second opinion from a university medical school ENT staff member might be in order.
