I been doing self aspiration of my hydrocel for 2 years now. atlease once a month. what is the best size needle to use? the needle im using is very small with a 2oz tube and i normally drain 6ozs each time but very slowly each time.?

I wouldn't do this at all. With each attempt there is a chance you will introduce infection into the site which might start slow & eventually move into your abdomen and be life threatening. Don't expect a licensed professional to be an enabler to such a practice.
