Interpretation of any lab test must be done in context. What is the history leading to the evaluation/testing? What if any are the symptoms? These values suggest an inflammatory reaction in the body but without more information no reasoned answer is possible.

All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped had you provided the actual results. Wish you good health!
