This sounds like a potentially emergency situation. You (may) have a block in the normal electrical conduction in your heart. Suggest you call an ambulance and get to an ER now

I too am concerned with heart block, and your syncope may be secondary to Stokes-Adams attacks. A visit to the hospital ER ASAP is a prudent idea, as you appear to be at substantial risk.
