Respiratory allergies can cause sinus inflammation. As there are only 2 layers of cells between. your sinuses and your upper molar root tips, inflamed sinuses can make it feel like your upper molars are hurting. Sit down, bend over, put your head between your knees. If pain/pressure increases, sinuses are involved. you can also have infected tooth coincident with sinusitis. See our Dentist.
