Start at pharmacy: Start with otc drugs like non-sedating antihistamines (loratidine, fexofenadine, cetirizine). Choose generics over brands like claritin, Allegra and zyrtec. Another otc drug is nasacrom (cromolyn), a nonsteroidal, basically herbal nasal spray. Keep windows closed, use the a/c, wear a mask outdoors. If still punk see your healthcare provider. Btw, toothache suggests sinusitis not allergy.

Sinuses may be blame: The symptoms you are talking about leads me to think it is your sinuses may be the culprit of pain or discomfort. With that said...You should see an allergist and get started on a fix. Nowadays, there are many easier methods to help people like you with what sounds like seasonal allergies. Might even be as simple as a nose spray started early before the season starts.
