My urologist gave me a lupron shot to treat/shrink a couple lymph nodes in my pelvic. i would like a second opinion, if hormone therapy like lupron injections is a risk to me (my heart) since i have severe pulmonary hypertension?

Lupron does carry warnings about adverse effects on the heart, potentially causing lung fibrosis or pulmonary embolism. Ask your urologist for other treatment options or consult an oncologist with a special interest in metastatic prostate cancer.
