Is lupron injections (hormone therapy) safe for me to take if i have pulmonary hypertension?

Lupron given for hormonal treatment of prostate cancer or for its recurrence should not be incompatible with pulmonary hypertension. However, it may produce or increase other effects. Only your treating specialist is able to help you with these.
