I am having upper abdominal pain from past one month,no diarrea,no vomiting ,ct scan is normal and all other blood test also except pepsinogen 1 and 2 are increased.. what it can be and what is the treatment?

Upper abdominal pain with "positive plasminogen 1 and 2" may indicate intrinsic protection from the inactivation of clots to control bleeding, as in gastric acid reflux and potential gastric ulcer formation. Get a referral to a GI specialist who may recommend upper esophageal endoscopy to diagnose the cause of the pain.
